We use a next-day courier service for most deliveries and charge carriage by weight, at cost. Postal/packing charges for small items begin at £3.75 + VAT. Courier charges start at £5.95 + VAT for up to 15kg. The carriage charge is calculated automatically at the checkout.

We serve the UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland from this web site. (Shipments to N. Ireland and I. o. M are a 3-day service by road and sea.) For orders to UK off-shore islands, Eire and other EU countries please phone us on

No other continents are served except by special arrangement, and then at our absolute discretion.


We always process orders as quickly as is possible. Expect normal delivery time to be 2/3 days from receipt of order.
If there is likely to be a significant delay due to restock we shall notify you by email before processing your order and your payment.

Prices shown do NOT include VAT. VAT is calculated at the Checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices and special offers without prior notice.

If we make a mistake in processing your order we promise to uplift the goods and replace them at no additional charge to you.

If you have ordered the wrong goods please contact us at once. We will accept goods back as long as they are returned to us undamaged and in manufacturer's original packaging, and will refund you accordingly. Please note that no refund will be made for carriage charges. 

If you then require us to replace the incorrectly ordered goods a further carriage charge will be incurred. At the time of delivering replacement goods we will collect the items wrongly ordered, but we shall make a £10 collection charge in addition. (The actual collection charge is governed by the weight of the consignment and the number of packages). We also reserve the right to levy a 10% handling charge if appropriate.
