SUPER-COOL is a multi-purpose, biostable watermix, semi-synthetic cutting fluid. The product forms a clear blue emulsion on dilution, which remains clear, thus aiding the operator. It is biocide-free yet protected against fungal growth.

SUPER-COOL maintains its lubricating properties and stability at high temperatures, and will not produce toxic fumes. The biocidal technology incorporated, combined with a specially selected fungicide, provides a fluid of exceptional sump life, even under the most arduous conditions.

SUPER-COOL has the important advantage over mineral oil based products, inasmuch as it will not turn rancid, so will not produce offensive odours.

BIOCIDAL CLEANING CONCENTRATE FOR STERILISING MACHINE TOOL RECIRCULATORY SYSTEMS

SYSTEM CLEANER is a specially formulated product for purging and sterilising recirculatory systems in metalworking machines. It is entirely compatible with the products in our range of synthetic and semi-synthetic cutting fluids.

Cleaning the system from time to time maximises the life of fresh coolant introduced subsequently, by eliminating bacterial and fungal contamination at the outset.

SYSTEM CLEANER incorporates effective cleaning agents and biocides to purge the systems as efficiently and speedily as possible, with minimum downtime. Inhibitors protect against corrosion while cleansing takes place.

SYSTEM CLEANER is added directly into the existing solution of coolant at the rate of 2% to 5% depending on the degree of contamination, and is allowed to circulate.
